At Potters Cookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchenware; if an item doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a processing.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all delicate cookware or ceramics are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix your return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or local post office.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
